SUMMER ORIENTATION
Your Summer Orientation is the first step in your Stevenson first-year experience . You will leave with your schedule for the upcoming semester , your SUOne card ( your Stevenson student ID ), new friends , knowledge about campus resources and services , and most importantly , all your questions answered .
CONNECT WITH YOUR COACH
Your Summer Orientation will be your first opportunity to meet with your Student Success Coach , who will serve as your academic advisor during your first year at Stevenson . Your Success Coach will offer advice and tips for navigating your first year at Stevenson and provide support in your personal , social , and academic transition to university life .
COURSE REGISTRATION
During Summer Orientation you will work one-on-one with a registration expert to build your class schedule for the fall semester . Together , you will choose courses based on the requirements for your major , your math and English placements , and any college credit you may have already received .
STUDENT LIFE
Summer Orientation is your first opportunity to experience a taste of student life at Stevenson . You will learn about our student clubs and organizations , hear about student life and leadership opportunities , and be introduced to the many resources on campus to help you transition into the university .
