In front of the SOLD OUT highly enthusiastic crowd at the Theatre of The Living Arts, on September 13th 2014 The Pretty Reckless destroyed the stage at the TLA & gave the crowd everything they wanted and more. Taylor Momsen’s unique vocals filling the venue with the crowd screaming them right back at her. The Pretty Reckless is the perfect match of band members Taylor’s Unique vocals being complimented by the instrumentals of Ben Phillips on guitar and backing vocals, Mark Damon on Bass, & Jamie Perkins drumming like there is no tomorrow. Taking the stage with “Follow Me Down” which is the first track off their current album Going To Hell. They didn't waste anytime, Taylor then commanding the audience’s attention with her amazing vocals & sultry dance moves. The Pretty Reckless exceeded my expectation by 100%, as I didn really know what to expect as I have never seen them live previous to this show. They literally had the entire SOLDOUT crowd involved with their set throughout their entire performance. In the middle of their set they slowed things down a bit with a few acoustic songs. They played everything from new to old & covers. WOW! Get out and see The Pretty Reckless if you have the opportunity to do so. They blew us all away & you could tell that at the end of their set with the roaring earthquake applause that shook the entire venue during their encore "fucked up world".
