MASS PUNISHMENT is a central Jersey based heavy metal band. Commisioned to unveil the truth and train the masses. Mass Punishment- All of man suffering for the fault's of one. Mass Punishments' concept began upon Chris Spartan's' Honorable discharge from the United States Army (Infantry). After crossing the Kuwait/Iraq international border with the 3rd Infantry Div. for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Missing his 2nd daughter's birth as he was securing Baghdad and witnessing 1st hand the horror and atrocities of war, Milos returned with something to say. Using combat as the platform for his music, Chris started immediately writing the riffs and lyrics to set the stage. As of July 2012 Mass Punishment has gone through a lineup change of musicians. Matt Volz had to gracefully bow out from the ranks of manning the bass due to personal crisis. Joining the unit and replacing the bass position is Scott Ferguson. Ferg is the perfect replacement with his energetic and personal stage presence only fortified by his precision and power as our bass gunner. Erick Laurino formerly of Severance and Mara, still holds the frontman or, point, position as we refer. With the voice that will sear through the battlefield and penetrate through body armor to your soul Brian Donat remains our drum gunner and joined us 3 years ago from former bands Conceived By The Unborn and Warcrime. A well trained drummer, Brian has held position as center snare in Drumcorps. Mass Punishment have recorded 2 demos (One Fails, Many Suffer and As Democracy Dies) and currently in the studio recording tracks for Proving Grounds Vol. 1. This will be Mass Punishments 1st professional album produced Eric Rachel. Welcome to the world of MASS PUNISHMENT!
