Amazing Show on May Day with Mayday Parade - May 1st, 2014
From the moment Mayday Parade took the stage at the Chameleon Club in Lancaster, PA, for the 3rd stop on their So Devastating, It's Unnatural Tour, the automosphere was incredible. Lead vocalist Derek Sanders came out barefoot as he normally does for almost every show they play, and the almost sold out crowd went insane. They opened with "Ghost," followed up with a personal favorite "Jamie All Over." As they went into their third song of the night, "When You See My Friends," Derek probably could have gone without singing, as the crowd singing along was so overwhelming. As the night progressed a keyboard was brought out, which could only mean one of two things, they were going to perform either "Miserable at Best" or "Stay." To the crowds and my delite they played both, "Stay" bringing tears to many fans eyes. They closed out the night with "Jersey" and after a few moments of them offstage and the crowd chanting their name, & they came back out for an encore performance for ONE MORE SONG of one of their hits
"I'd Hate to Be You When People Find Out What This Song is About."
