Live radio broadcast, dance streamed on KRJQ May 20

Kris and the Riverbend Dutchmen will be hosting a 1940s-style live remote radio broadcast during a dance at Kato Ballroom in Mankato, MN Sunday, May 20 from 1:30 to 5:30 p. m. Doors open at 12:30 p. m., and admission is $ 10.
The event will be emceed by Aaron Schuelke, owner of WRJQ radio, and broadcast coast-tocoast over the internet on WRJQ. com.
A full bar will be available. Reserve seating for groups is available on request.
Those in attendance will have the opportunity to meet-and-greet Schuelke, as well as Kris Keltgen and members of the Riverbend Dutchmen.
There are multiple nearby hotels for those traveling from out-oftown.

Aaron Schuelke not only fell in love with radio, but with the music that WRJQ played, which was a mix of oldtime music and dance band music of the‘ 40s,‘ 50s, and‘ 60s.
