1 T. GINGER, peeled

1/3 cup nonfat greek yogurt

1 heaping T of your favorite protein

Drop all ingredients into juicer or blender, pour and go!

1/2 PINEAPPLE, CUT INTO CHUNKS 6 STRAWBERRIES

1 HONEYCRISP OR FULI APPLE, CUT UP 1 PEELED BEET

6-8 WALNUTS, CRUMBLED 2-3 BASIL LEAVES

1/2 MANGO 1 SPRIG OF MINT

1/3 CUP NONFAT GREEK YOGURT 1/2 CUP NONFAT YOGURT

3-4 STRAWBERRIES (GET THE BIG ONES) ICE

2 T. RAW HONEY

1 SCOOP OF PROTEIN BLEND AND GO!

BLEND AND ENJOY!

3 ORANGES

2 GRAPEFRUITS

1 LEMON

3 CHUNKS FRESH PINEAPPLE

3 SPRIGS ROSEMARY

ICE
