Clarity & collaboration

Puzzle Junction specialises in narrative-led immersive experiences for heritage, cultural and educational settings. We have delivered large-scale interactive experiences including The Drowned( inspired by the Welsh legend of Cantre’ r Gwaelod), site-specific heritage interpretation projects, and immersive learning commissions for local authorities. experience or delivering a heritage engagement programme, we approach each project with clarity, collaboration and careful attention to detail.
A distinctive aspect of our practice is real-world game design – developing interactive systems, particularly mechanics and structured audience agency within physical environments. This approach enables visitors to move beyond observation and actively shape their experience.
Our work focuses on story architecture, audience journey design, real-world game mechanics and multi-generational engagement. We collaborate with fabricators, AV specialists and cultural partners to translate narrative concepts into spatial experiences. Current and recent clients include heritage organisations and local government bodies across Wales and England.
