How much cardio
should you do?
As I said last month, if you do these
workouts properly, you’ll lose fat
without any cardio at all. However,
cardio always helps to accelerate fat
loss and I recommend 2 x 40 mins
cardio per week if you’re very lean
to start with, or 3 to 4 40 minute
power walks per week if you have
a lot of body fat to lose.
The best time to do your cardio
is in the morning before meal one,
or after your upper body weights
sessions. Never do any cardio
before a weights session.
And remember, if you can do any
cardio after training quads, you
simply haven’t trained them hard
enough!
The variation in workouts should
leave you with no reason to be
bored and absolutely no excuse for
lack of improvement.
