MALE MUSCLE F or those of you who are on my bandwagon, welcome back to me 8-week transformation programme. Following on from last month when I brought you abs and calves, it’s now time to get to work on two more muscle groups. For those of you who’ve just joined me, I’m Kirk Miller. I’ve made a career from getting ripped rapidly and I’m convinced it’s be- cause of the way I train. Using my guide, you have no excuse not to do the same. This month I bring to you two muscle groups that are absolutely essential for an all-round great physique. These muscles groups are chest and quads. Let’s face it, you can’t rock up to the beach without a decent set of wheels can you?! It’s very easy to get sloppy with form when training these body parts. It’s also easy to end up stick- ing to the same old routines, which not only leads to boredom but can cause your progress to plateau.
