are on my bandwagon,
welcome back to me
8-week transformation
programme. Following on from
last month when I brought you
abs and calves, it’s now time
to get to work on two more
muscle groups.
For those of you who’ve just
joined me, I’m Kirk Miller. I’ve
made a career from getting ripped
rapidly and I’m convinced it’s be-
cause of the way I train. Using my
guide, you have no excuse not to do
the same.
This month I bring to you two
muscle groups that are absolutely
essential for an all-round great
physique. These muscles groups are
chest and quads. Let’s face it, you
can’t rock up to the beach without a
decent set of wheels can you?!
It’s very easy to get sloppy with
form when training these body
parts. It’s also easy to end up stick-
ing to the same old routines, which
not only leads to boredom but can
cause your progress to plateau.
This programme gives you four
different styles of workouts, which
combined will:
1) Add lean muscle tissue
2) Increase power
3) Torch body fat
Always ensure you follow the ex-
act tempos and rest periods speci-
fied and that you concentrate on
your form for maximum results.
