Are you naturally huge or have
you trained yourself to pack
on so much muscle?

Naturally I’m long and lean. Packing
on muscle has been hard and a lot of
work. I tend to have to completely
avoid cardio if I want to hold onto
muscle mass. As soon as I move
I drop weight straight away!
How many calories a day do you
have to consume to maintain so
much muscle mass?

I consume around 4,200 calories a
day for maintenance.
What’s your dream acting role?
Sian, Chester
My dream acting role would be to
play the bad guy in a dark comedy.
A cross between ‘Deadpool’ and
‘Training Day’.
however I drop so much weight
when I do it that I have to be careful.
What’s your favourite food?

or have any surprising hobbies?
