Tom, Brighton Naturally I’m long and lean. Packing on muscle has been hard and a lot of work. I tend to have to completely avoid cardio if I want to hold onto muscle mass. As soon as I move I drop weight straight away! How many calories a day do you have to consume to maintain so much muscle mass? Eddie, Chelmsford I consume around 4,200 calories a day for maintenance. What’s your dream acting role? Sian, Chester My dream acting role would be to play the bad guy in a dark comedy. A cross between ‘Deadpool’ and ‘Training Day’. however I drop so much weight when I do it that I have to be careful. What’s your favourite food? Dean, Chichester Sweet potato mash hands down! Do you play any surprising sports or have any surprising hobbies? Andy, Cardiff I love playing chess- especially when I’m stuck on set or on a plane. It’s said you plan to relocate to LA. Are your family excited? Mark, Coventry We are relocating to Florida for my part in 5% Nutrition. I will also be getting a place in LA for myself to escape to. What made you want to be an actor?
