CNP Vanilla Pro Peptide
Protein Pancakes –

TEAM CNP Athlete • Zero fat greek yoghurt
x 1 table spoon
• A sprinkle of Cinnamon
powder
Ingredients for CNP Vanilla Pro
Peptide Protein Pancakes
• 1 x teaspoon of Coconut oil
• 1 x chopped banana
• 2 x scoops of CNP Pro Peptide
vanilla flavour
• 2 eggs (egg whites only)
• 25g Oats
• 1 x teaspoon of Baking
powder Instruction for CNP Vanilla
Protein Pancakes:
1 Using a blender, blend
oats to make a flour like
consistency
2 Next add 2 scoops of Pro
peptide vanilla flavour
3 Then add 250ml water
to the mixture
4 Separate 2 eggs and
add the egg whites to the
mixture.
5 Add one teaspoon of
baking powder

For the toppings
• Blueberries and strawberries

Blend the mixture until
smooth.
Next heat a pan and add
your choice of oil.
Carefully lift the pan and
tilt so you cover the pan
in the oil.
Add one quarter of the
mixture to the pan.
Cook on both sides of the
pancake until golden brown.
Don’t forget to toss it
Stack your 4 pancakes
on a plate.
Add a generous tablespoon
of zero fat greek yoghurt.
Add your fruit and top with
a sprinkle of cinnamon
powder.
