Lamborghini has reworked its entry
level Huracán, completely re-
engineering it to be lighter, faster,
and more dynamic. These changes
include greater power from the V10
engine, made from Forged Composites®
to be lighter, while delivering 640HP
(470kW) at 8.000rpm via the LDF seven-
speed dual-clutch transmission. The
performance of the steering, chassis and
suspension have also been improved by
using ultra-lightweight materials, along
with the introduction of an innovative
ALA active aerodynamic system. The
new, even lighter wheel rims are shod
with new Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres. The
nett effect of these modifications earned
the Huracán Performante the title of the
fastest standard production car after
rounding the Nürburgring in 00:06:52:01
to set a new lap record.
