off and the two went head to head to see who
had the training mettle.
As a likely precursor to the rivalry we can expect between
the two on the IFBB Nationals stage later this year, these two
friends came out all-guns blazing, and were cocked, locked and
ready to battle when we pitted them, one for one style, in this
intense Muscle Evolution arm workout.
