he International Bodybuilding and
Fitness Federation (IBFF) Africa,
the new federation for the new
generation athlete, hosted their first show
on the African continent at Vodaworld in
Midrand on 25 April.
Gebano Dantu brought his classy
conditioning and posing energy to the stage
and was a firm favourite with the spectators
from the start. He showed everyone present
that it was tough hanging with the best in
the aesthetics department and bagged first

place in the Mr Fitness Model division,
with Byron Chemaly earning the second
spot. Third place in this popular category
was awarded to Pieter Gouws.
A very lean Hendrik Matsemela did
enough to convince the IBFF judges that
his impressive lats and bulging biceps were
sufficient to earn him the top spot in the
Men Over 1.79cm category.
