The ATV Dizileri & Oyuncular websites had a joint contest for the fabled performances. The winner in the male actor category was the beloved actor from the serial Ask ve Ceza Murat Yildirim, and he joined us for a ceremony where he was presented with his winners plaque. He was honored to be awarded such a prestigious award, and wanted to thank both his International and Turkish fans for presenting this award to him. He mentioned that he is realizing that his fans expect nothing less than perfection from him, and for this reason he is doing his utmost to please his fans. He spoke humbly about his fan base mentioning many areas but specifically the Arab world, but he is now realizing after our conversation and learning about fans in different parts of the world that his fan base is growing and for this he is extremely happy.
During our conversation he answered some of our questions, we asked about a news report that he was not going to be taking any time off after the taping of Ask ve Ceza ends, his response was that he never made such a comment, he continued that he was not planning on working during the summer months also that he was not planning on anything specific until January of 2011. However if something interesting was presented to him, he would consider it. We asked about the finale regarding Ask ve Ceza his response was that the serial finale would be the third week of June with episode 62. He mentioned once again that he was considering out offers at this time but has made no decision as of yet.
With the upcoming awards ceremony in Moanaco during the month of June regarding the serial ASI, he responded that he would like to attend this event with others from the cast and crew. He was aware that ASI would grab the attention of the Arab world but never expected it to grab the attention of the European and American viewers, and for this he is both surprised and grateful
