You will be picked up by van from Deerhurst Resort and taken into Algonquin Park to Canoe Lake in Algonquin Park . With the historic and breathtaking site of the infamous Tom Thompson Cairn only a 45min paddle from your entry point . Your guide will provide some key points of interest along the paddle as well as share the mystery of the death of the infamous painter . View local wildlife , flora and fauna along the route .

The Artists of the Limberlost is a collective of Artists and Craftspeople with studios along the scenic Limberlost Road . Their work covers a broad range of media and style , but they are united in their love of the ruggedly beautiful Canadian Shield landscape which they call home . Limberlost road is close to Algonquin Park in the Huntsville / Lake of Bays area of Ontario , and winds through forest , rock and wetlands rich in wildlife and natural beauty .
After enjoying a boxed lunch , you will tour a local Muskoka Brewery and get to sample local specialty beers .
