Parents will support and guide their little ones through activities that build confidence, strength, and social interaction. Kindergarten is an introductory recreational class for ages 5 and 6 with little to no gymnastics experience required. The kindergarten class focuses on basic positions and fundamental skills on all four girls gymnastics events. Parent and Tot (2–3 yrs) is a fun and playful introduction to beginner gymnastics skills for girls and boys. Students will have opportunities to bond with their parent, but also equal opportunities to gain independence and complete stations all on their own! Level 1 is an introductory recreational class for beginner female students age 6 and up with little to no gymnastics experience required. Level 1 focuses on basic positions and fundamental skills on all four girls gymnastics events. Preschool (3–4 yrs) is for students that are ready to participate and focus independently in a beginner gymnastics class. Students will complete fun stations in an educational and playful way. Level 2 is an advanced beginner class for female students age 7 and up. Students will build upon the basic positions and fundamental skills covered in Level 1 and learn positions and progressions of advanced beginner skills. In order to participate at this level, students must be able to do a cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll, bridge, a pull over with a spot, and walk on the high beam. Preschool (4–5 yrs) is for gymnasts that have mastered swinging, jumping, and following directions.
