Hard Core Ladder (Ages 18+) (Virtual Class) Trainer Tips (Ages 14+)
A challenging 45 minute progressive ladder format that
will have you increasing repetitions (ladder method),
testing willpower and carving room for results.
Bodyweight training like you have never tried it before.
*Prior experience in group exercise/fitness programs is
recommended. Led by Dawn Blough. Join our trainers for a virtual fitness workshop! They have
a wealth of knowledge that they would like to share with
you. What better time to learn something new or perfect

TRX In Place (Ages 14+)
Dust off your suspension straps, hook them over a door
or on a permanent object and train. For many years, TRX
Suspension Trainers have been know to go anywhere.
Now is the time to put them to the test. You hang the
straps (with the recommended mounting tools) and we
will provide the drills. Led by Nicole Schaller.
