Every Minute Of Every Day
O
ne Born Every Minute, Channel 4’s
hugely popular, BAFTA award winning
documentary series, is back and coming
to Liverpool.
Chronicling the extraordinary highs and lows of
day-to-day life in a bustling maternity unit, this
heart-warming programme films 24 hours a
day over a 7 week period with forty remotelyoperated cameras. From the reception desk to
the neo-natal ward; from the operating theatre
to the birthing pool, the series captures the
beginning of life as it really happens. It observes
the dramatic, emotional and often funny
moments that go hand in hand with bringing a
new life into the world, from the perspective of
the soon-to-be parents and family, as well as
the hospital staff.
Since the series first aired in 2010, over 150
babies have been born on camera in Bristol,
