Letter from the Editor
Hello lovely readers,
This month’s issue has certainly been a journey! With my due date fast
approaching (10th August), I was simply hoping that I would make it to see this
issue go to print! Fortunately, little Miss decided to stay put to allow this fantastic
issue to get to production. I will be sure to share images of my new little Princess
on our social media and in the next issue (so stay tuned!).
As my own pregnancy journey draws to a close, this issue looks at early stages
of labour, what I am packing in my own hospital bag (being my 3rd time in 3
years!). This issue also provides some inspirational ideas for creating your little
one’s nursery or bedroom. We have featured some gorgeous products that I
know you will just love.
Don’t forget to make a note on your calendar, or in your diary about the Baby
& Toddler show at Event City, Manchester next month. We are really excited
about our Partnership with the show once again and how this and our September
issues will be available to a wider readership (so if you’re a first time reader a huge
welcome to you!). Further details of the Baby & Toddler show can be found on the
back page of this issue.
There is plenty of fun to be had this Summer and our centerfold gives a great
guide to all things happening in your area (or contact details on where to find
out more information). If your little one is also preparing for School or Nursery
in a few weeks, then we have featured advice on that too with an exciting
competition in conjunction with Parragon Books and Learning Resources.
I hope that you enjoy this issue. For those (like me) about to give birth, I hope that
you have held out in the recent heatwave and that everything goes well for you with
your new arrivals. Exciting times!!!
