Having two weeks help from my mum was a big help. Now we are finding our own groove, and mostly they are letting me get a decent amount of sleep!
One thing I found is everyone will tell you that you can't possibly breastfeed twins. But I can absolutely say that you can! We do a mix of feeding together and then seperately. I love the seperate feeds even though it means it will take longer, as it's one on one time with each girl.
If your wondering what to give someone who has had twins, nappies and more nappies! One gift that will never be turned away:)
Also I highly recommend getting a bubnest! We love ours, such a safe place for both to be together.
