YOGURT PANCAKES Libby Gash (Junior Infants) INGREDIENTS • 1 egg, lightly beaten • 140ml mild, full fat natural yogurt • 140ml milk • 125g self-raising flour • 1 teaspoon salt or 2 tablespoons maple syrup (for a sweeter version) • Vegetable oil To accompany • Maple syrup, Fresh fruit: strawberries, raspberries, slices peaches METHOD 1.
