YOGURT PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

1 egg, lightly beaten
•
140ml mild, full fat natural yogurt
•
140ml milk
•
125g self-raising flour
•
1 teaspoon salt or 2 tablespoons maple syrup (for a sweeter version)
•
Vegetable oil
To accompany
•
Maple syrup, Fresh fruit: strawberries, raspberries, slices peaches
METHOD
1. Mix together the beaten egg and the
yogurt.
5. Flatten slightly with a palette knife. They
will spread to about 6cm across.
