I, the undersigned, hereby consent and grant North American Properties, Inc. and their assigns( collectively referred to as“ Producer”) the perpetual right to use my name, image, likeness, picture, voice, and / or biography in photographs, social media, websites, marketing literature, videos, films, publications, electronic press kit releases, and any other derivatives.
I hereby release and forever indemnify Producer and its agents, employees, officers, and contractors from any claim or cause of action whatsoever based on Producer’ s exercise of its rights hereunder.
