MTE promises a ‘ platinum ’ experience at the Zondereinde Mining and Technical Exhibition
The MTE team will head to the Limpopo province for a ‘ platinum ’ expo experience on 17 May 2022 . The Zondereinde Mining and Technical Exhibition will take place in Northam at the Northam Rec Club .
Northam is home to the Zondereinde Mine , which is a conventional , long-life operation primarily focused on mining UG2 and Merensky ore and which produces approximately 300 000oz of refined 4E PGMs from its own operations annually . The mine is located on the northern end of the western limb of the Bushveld Complex near the town of Thabazimbi and has a LOM of over 30 years .

Although this expo is customised for the platinum mining community , MTE encourages visitors from all sectors of the mining industry to visit the show too .
The MTE team will be there to ensure that everything runs smoothly according to Covid-19 regulations . Andrew Macnamara , Gillian Jeffery and Caryn Kitching will be available to assist with any queries during the show .
For those who are not familiar with MTE , this travelling exhibition company has been running for over 25 years , providing a unique platform for suppliers of top-of-the-line mining and industrial equipment to showcase their goods to a community hungry for new technology , services , and information – right on its doorstep .
