Welcome to
Richards Bay!
Mining and Technical Exhibitions (MTE) is in Richards
Bay once again for yet another high impact exhibition
on 24 October 2019.
Located in KwaZulu-Natal, Richards Bay has a booming
industry made up of mining, sugar, forestry as well as
paper and pulp industries. Some of the major businesses
involved in Richards Bay include Richards Bay Minerals,
South 32, the Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT), Mondi,
Lafarge Cement and various sugar mills among others.
As such, Richards Bay is an ideal location for an MTE
expo. The venue for the show is John Ross College, with
the show scheduled for 13:00 until 17:30. Because the
focus of the show is coal, the show is perfect for visitors
involved in the coal business. This includes coal mining,
processing as well as coal transportation.
Richards Bay
Mining and Industrial Exhibition
Venue: John Ross College
Date: 24 October 2019 | Time: 13:00 – 17:30
Visitors have it all to gain by visiting this expo as MTE
conveniently brings the expo to their doorstep. Another
advantage of the show is that suppliers from all the
industries listed above will be exhibiting their latest
products and services. This means that there is higher
chance of visitors seeing products and services relevant
for their business. Ultimately a walk through an MTE expo
would be anything but a waste of time.
MTE team members will be available during the show
to provide assistance where needed. MTE’s Andrew
Macnamara, Hannes Jacobs, Gillian Jeffery and Caryn
Kitching will be on standby to assist with any queries.
For those who are not familiar with MTE, this travelling
exhibition company has been running for over 25 years,
providing a unique platform for suppliers of top-of-
the-line mining and industrial equipment to showcase
their goods to a community hungry for new technology,
services and information – right on its doorstep.
MTE is part of Interact Media Defined (IMD), a multi-
media publishing house with publications in various
industries including mining, plumbing, building and civil
engineering among others.
We trust the expo will be a rewarding experience – whether
you are visiting or exhibiting. We are always open to
suggestions as to how we can make future expos even more
accommodating for you and your business – so if you have
any comments or suggestions, please be in touch!
