A MESSAGE FROM THE ORGANISER
WELCOME TO
NORTHAM!
After more than five years, the Mining & Technical
Exhibitions (MTE) is excited to returned to Northam to
host another exhibition promoting the latest trends in
products and services within the mining industry.
This show will be a platinum edition as the exhibition
is customised for the platinum mining industry — with
Northam platinum mine expected to visit the show.
Visitors can expect to see the latest products and services
for the platinum mining industry. There is also be an
exciting competition where visitors can walk away with
some fantastic prizes including a mystery grand prize.
Small mining industries and local industry will be catered
for at the exhibition with an abundance products and
services displayed by exhibitors that are relevant for the
broader mining industry in general.
Visitors have an opportunity to engage with exhibitors
and find out addition information on the products or
services they have on display. In so doing visitors will be
able to determine solutions that will be most suitable for
their mines. An added benefit is the possibility of seeing
live demos of products at exhibition.
Exhibitors can have face to face interactions with mine
personal who also include senior management, which
means that exhibitors can find out what the mine’s needs
are and how they can assist. In addition, exhibitors can
showcase their offerings to the correct people and – apart
from establishing a new client base – exhibitors can also
meet their existing clients and enables them to help solve
any mine related problems their clients may have.
MTE staff will be available on the day of the exhibition to
assist both visitors and exhibitors with all their needs to
ensure everyone makes the most of the exhibition. We
trust the expo will be a rewarding experience – whether
you are visiting or exhibiting. However, we are always
open to suggestions as to how we can make future expos
even more accommodating for you and your business.
Ask our MTE people for help – Andrew Macnamara,
Hannes Jacobs, Caryn Kitching and Sheldon Greyling –
who are on hand to assist visitors and exhibitors at
the exhibition.
For those who are not familiar with MTE, this travelling
exhibition company has been running for 25 years,
providing a unique platform for suppliers of top-of-
the-line mining and industrial equipment to showcase
their goods to a community hungry for new technology,
services and information – right on its doorstep.
