Botswana is the world ' s largest producer of diamonds and, by carefully managing their diamond reserves, Botswana has become one of the most stable and wealthiest countries in terms of human development and quality of life, in sub-Saharan Africa.

Mining & Technical Exhibitions will be visiting three of Botswana’ s popular mining towns. Letlhakane, home to the country’ s most profitable mines; Palapye, where the mine that is the primary source of electricity in the country is located, as well as Jwaneng, where the richest diamond mine in the world is found.

MTE has been a brand in Botswana for over 10 years, and the team is looking forward to bringing industry experts together in a unique way. Other mines in surrounding towns will also be in attendance, ready to rub shoulders with the best in the industry.

For those who are not familiar with MTE, this travelling exhibitions company has been running for over two decades, providing a unique platform for suppliers of top-of-the-line mining and industrial equipment to showcase their goods to a community hungry for new technology, services and information – right on its doorstep.
