Dumela Botswana – it ’ s great to be back !

It is time for travelling exhibitions company , Mining and Technical Exhibitions ( MTE ), to go beyond South Africa ’ s border for our customary Botswana tour .

MTE is excited to return to Botswana for three fantastic shows across the country ’ s major mining and industrial areas , which will take place from 14 March to 18 March 2022 .

The travelling exhibition will kick-start the tour in Letlhakane with the first show on 14 March 2022 at the Thakadu hotel from 12:00 to 17:00 . As Letlhakane is surrounded by diamond mines , this show is tailored to visitors from diamond mines .

The MTE team will then head to Palapye to host the Palapye Mining and Industrial Exhibition on 16 March 2022 at Kgaswe Primary School from 12:00 to 17:00 . Palapye is home to the Morupule Coal Mine and the Morupule power stations and therefore visitors can look forward to seeing suppliers involved in coal operations and power supply .

The Botswana tour will end in Jwaneng at Jwaneng Rugby Club on 18 March 2022 between 12:00 and 17:00 . Like Letlhakane , visitors can expect to see a plethora of diamond mine suppliers as the town is home to the Jwaneng Diamond Mine .

Although most of the Botswana shows appeal to visitors in the coal and diamond operations , visitors outside of these industries are also encouraged to visit the show as they too will be catered for . The Botswana tour is an example of MTE ’ s versatility in customising shows for different industries .

MTE ’ s Andrew Macnamara , Caryn Kitching and Gillian Jeffery will be at the show to assist with any queries during the show .

For those who are not familiar with MTE , this travelling exhibition company has been running for more than 28 years , providing a unique platform for suppliers of top-of-the-line mining and industrial equipment to showcase their goods to a community hungry for new technology , services and information – right on its doorstep .
