Homecoming 2017
Mark Twain Homecoming was Friday, September 15, 2017. The week was filled with dress up days. The Homecoming Parade was held in Center and all of the students, faculty/staff were bused to watch the parade. Pam Whitaker was the parade Grand Marshall. The entire school demonstrated teamwork by marking out their graduation years on the football field. Two drones hovered overhead and captured photos of the amazing outcome. The afternoon was spent outdoors with a volleyball tournament. The Missouri National Guard supplied inflatables for team building among students. Aiden Epperson and Shelby Epperson were elected Homecoming King and Queen. The Mark Twain Tiger Football team played Bowling Green Friday night, unfortunately a loss occurred with a final score of 6-38. The high school students enjoyed a bonfire after the game to finish out the week of festivities.
