Something ’ s Rotten in Denmark . . . Back on the selling block is MSP Platform giant ConnectWise , which was purchased back in 2019 by Private Equity Firm Thoma Bravo for $ 1.5 billion . While its current estimated value is now reportedly a whopping $ 6 billion –$ 8 billion , PE firm Bain Capital was seemingly the frontrunner to win the bid ; however , according to reports by CRN , they “ failed to make the cut ” for not meeting the minimum asking price .
