VETERAN SUCCESS STORY

Did you know CASY was named best in class by the Call of Duty Endowment?

Hiring Challenge:

The biggest challenge is getting your resume or application seen by a recruiter or hiring manager. If you have proper interview techniques and a very well- written resume, you should be fine. You have to know how to transfer your military skills to the civilian world.

Assistance Received:

Shaina Gaines assisted me immensely during my employment search. She would always refer me to job posting and career improvement tools to make myself a better candidate. She always responded in a fast, timely manner and without her I wouldn’t have the position I was offered.

Result of Assistance:

The results were beyond helpful. I’ve not only had assistance with the employment search, but tools that helped me through the resume and interview process.

Value of Experience:

I’ve been so grateful that Shaina has been there to help me on my employment search. This was a very tough time for me transitioning into the civilian world and Shaina helped me through that. I hope in the future a fellow veteran can contact me, and I will do my best to help them as well.

Congratulations, Daniel!

After working with CASY for 6 weeks, Daniel accepted a position at JP Morgan Chase!
