Dean Dauphinais has become a fixture in the San Diego Veteran Community over the past 10 years. A Marine Corps Veteran, Dean brings a wealth of knowledge to CASY & MSCCN about the current state of military and Veterans affairs in the San Diego region, ranging from issues of homelessness, unemployment, and benefits access to minority Veterans affairs and transition assistance. Dean is known for his advocacy for under-served Veteran populations, specifically homeless, at-risk, unemployed, and under-employed Veterans. In his role as Outreach Specialist, Dean raises awareness about the employment services that CASY & MSCCN offer and is a force-multiplier for San Diego area Veterans in transition.
