R. Riveter is staffed by Remote Riveters, like Hillary, pictured here working from home with her two young children.

When we last heard from these innovative women, they had just moved out of the first R. Riveter workshop in an attic in Dahlonega, GA. It was there, that the parts and pieces that would eventually be assembled into an R. Riveter handbag, were shipped in from their Remote Riveters working from various duty stations. However, like Military Spouses, R. Riveter would not stay in one place for very long. She has since moved to a new location – a beautifully remodeled retail shop - in

Southern Pines, NC. And just like Military Spouses, R. Riveter has grown, having quadrupled its number of Remote Riveters and opened a new production warehouse following an inspiring appearance on ABC’s hit show Shark Tank.

“Shark Tank allowed us to bring our mission into the homes of America; to share with them the real employment struggles that selfless Military Spouses are faced with on a daily basis.” Lisa and Cameron walked into the Shark Tank with poise, precision and professionalism. Not only was America listening that night, but so was Mark Cuban. The television personality and venture capitalist offered the Military Spouses a $100,000 deal for just a 20% stake in the company.

“R. Riveter is more than just building our own products using Military Spouses. Our goal is to develop and expand the entire military ecosystem. It’s a growing and vibrant entrepreneurial community that can change lives. I’m proud to be associated with them.”
