Volunteers Needed for Veteran Caregivers' Study in Providence, RI
Are you a veteran’s caregiver? You may qualify for a research study at the Providence VA Medical Center at 830 Chalkstone Ave. in Providence. Eligible caregivers must be between 18 and 80 years old and the spouse, partner, loved one (parent, sibling or other family or friend) or professional caregiver of a veteran with mental or physical health problems who has received health care in the Department of Veterans Affairs or Defense Department systems.
Eligible caregivers asked to participate must complete two 120-minute visits at the Providence VA Medical Center. Parking is available and all volunteers will receive $30 per visit for their participation. Please call Pam Steager at (401) 640-3235 for more information.
