Department of Defense SECO Program
The Military Spouse Corporate Career Network is one of more than 260 companies and organizations that has committed to recruit, hire, promote and retain military spouses in portable careers as a member of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership. The Department of Defense relies on strategic partnerships such as these to bridge the gap between the talented and versatile military spouses in our communities and corporate and non-profit America who need their skills and attributes.
Working together allows us to better serve military spouses and communicate with them about the various programs and opportunities available to them in order to achieve their educational and professional goals. One of the goals of MSEP and the Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program is to ensure that both our military spouses and partners know what resources exist and we need your help in spreading the word – so pass it on.
Military spouses contribute so much to our communities. Organizations like the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network and the rest of our Military Spouse Employment Partnership partners recognize that.
