Military Spouse Mental Health Professionals Network
The MSMHPN is an organization that provides support, encouragement, networking opportunities, employment and educational information exclusively to all military spouses who are in the mental health field. This includes students (undergraduate and graduate, ABD, post-docs) as well as those already working within the mental health field, such as social work, counseling, addictions specialists, psychologists and psychiatrists. MSMHPN’s mission is to help military spouse professionals in the behavioral health field have access to the resources necessary to maximize career opportunities while improving the quality of life for all military families. We are interested in promoting, increasing and facilitating employment opportunities for military spouse clinicians within the DoD and VA in order to connect clinicians with our military service members and families; as well as to encourage portability of behavioral health licensure.
We are looking for military spouses in the behavioral health field interested in joining our network. Read more.
