Sutherland Global Services’ work at home division, CloudSource, is proud to partner with MSCCN as we seek to identify the finest and best candidates for our growing work from home program. CloudSource hires home based employees to answer inbound telephone calls from our client’s customers. Our positions are primarily customer service in nature, some more heavily focused on
providing technical support. We hire in the contiguous 48 states and offer paid training, ongoing support and advancement opportunities – a real opportunity for a military spouse to build a career with a global company!
We find great value in military spouses and veteran job seekers. Many of the attributes that we find in the military spouse/veteran community, such as: loyalty, trainability, flexibility, and cultural diversity, are extremely desirable qualities in employees as well! Military spouse are highly educated and typically possess a strong work ethic. They are usually very thankful to find work, often outside of their chosen industry/field. They are used to transition and constant change. Anybody working in the fast-paced BPO industry (such as Sutherland) can attest that these are certainly welcomed attributes! So, not only is helping our military community “the right thing to do”—it’s simply a smart move for our company as well!
The MSCCN Recruiter Connect team has proven to be a valued asset to our recruiting process. Not only do they share our hiring opportunities with the military spouse community, they actually talk to the job seekers and in a sense do some initial pre-screening for us. They only refer candidates to apply that they feel will be a good match for our positions and fit in with our company culture. They work closely with our Sourcing Manager, Rebecca Martin, to learn about current opportunities, to find out what our current “hot jobs” are, and to follow up on candidate referrals.
Social Media is a tremendous recruiting tool for sharing information about companies and their current job opportunities. We know that getting our jobs shared is just a quick phone call away.
