May 6 – Live at the Lot: Once again this year, The Players supported CASY through their Live at the Lot event during the Players Championship in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Attendees were treated to good music, good times, and good food. All proceeds from the event go directly to Corporate America Supports You and their partnership with the Jacksonville Military Veterans Coalition and support job-readiness and placement services for our veterans in North Florida.
May 7 & May 8: Erin Voirol, Executive Director, attended the Heroes at Home – Military Spouse Awards and the Military Spouse of the Year Awards.
May 8 – Volunteer Program Coordinator Bianca Nafpliotis, participated in a Fleet and Family Services Transition Job Fair to provide information about CASY and MSCCN to job hunters. The job fair focused on the needs of transitioning military members and brought a wealth of information to members in the area.
