Recruiter ConnectTM (Headhunter services): A percentage of your salary. So, this one is a little trickier. Unless you are a top-tier executive, you are not going to hire a headhunter, and most companies hire their own recruiters. Staffing companies tend to charge the hiring company a percentage of your salary. So, if the company is paying hiring costs, that’s money going into the cost of hiring you, but not going into your salary.

And I want to be clear—the average staffing company is working for the employer. CASY & MSCCN are working for the applicant and the employer to make sure that opportunities are mutually beneficial.

Training and Certification: This varies depending on what resources you are using. Our IBM i2 Analyst Training and Certification is worth about $5,000.
