The SFL Campaign includes four objectives:

Mindset: Inculcate the SFL mindset into Soldiers, Retired Soldiers, Veterans and Families

The SFL program is led by Colonel Adam Rocke, Special Assistant to the Army Chief of Staff. He, along with his team of regional and functional directors engage a wide array of entities willing to either assist or hire transitioning Soldiers, Veterans or Family Members and also direct these opportunities into the right offices and directorates in the Army so that they are available to the appropriate populations.
