What will you achieve in 2017?

By Erin Voirol

On December 10, 2016 in Baltimore, Maryland, history changed its path—especially if you were cheering for the United State Military Academy’s Army West Point Black Knights.

After 14 consecutive losses to the Midshipmen, the Black Knights finally secured a 21-17 victory over the United States Naval Academy. Just shy of a decade and a half of losses, and the Black Knights finally came out on top.

The longest losing streak since the rivalry game’s first kickoff in 1890 has come to a close. The Black Knights are poised for a new era, one they’ve waited for after many years of near (and not so near) misses.

The United States Naval Academy’s Navy Midshipmen are also in a new position, and I am certain they will come out fighting come Fall 2017. They will have something to prove.

Why Football? Maybe the past decade and a half has been successful for you. Maybe you’ve rocked it like the Navy Midshipmen, but came up short this past year. Maybe your experience parallels the Black Knights’ fortune, and you now have some momentum to launch you into the future.

Whatever position you find yourself in as you start 2017, we have reached another New Year. Today is a good opportunity to take stock of where you are, and what you hope to achieve.

At CASY & MSCCN, we are taking stock of where we are and where we are going.

I hope as you finish January, you’ll think about what you hope to achieve in the New Year and how to get there.

And if you need help, reach out to CASY & MSCCN. We are here to help you achieve your 2017 goals!
