Second, with the assistance of their Employment Specialists, candidates develop a training program that meets their individual employment needs and gets them “employment ready.”

And, third, we fully integrate the tools and resources available through our training department into each candidate’s plan so that the candidate receives the assistance and expertise of not only their Employment Specialist, but also those professionals who comprise the training department.
