Angela Caban founded the Homefront United Network in 2010 to help National Guard spouses, who, like herself, lived far from military installations with no resources or
support from other military families. She also noticed a
separation between active duty and National Guard/Reserve communities. With the help of HUN team members, the HUN has been able to reach out to spouses and families who are in need of support, and most importantly,
bridge the gap between active duty and guard/
reserve communities. HUN provides content and real-
life stories for all military spouses and families and is a place to gain resources, support others and celebrate the lives of military spouses, family and friends. The most recent launch to the site, the Guard Guide 101, provides up-to-date information for National Guard spouses. HUN recognizes that military spouses are all on different walks of life, but all have something to share. Visit them at homefrontunited.com/
