This position will be responsible for cradle-to-grave management of a portfolio of contracts with the United States government, including: analyzing customer solicitations, preparing Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements, developing proposal documents, negotiating terms and conditions, resolving contract disputes, and administering contract close-outs. The Contract Manager will work closely with the attorneys to support cross-functional teams including Sales, Project Management, Product Management, Finance, Billing, and other organizations that support the Public Sector sales effort.
