Founded in 2010, Team RWB is a 56,000 member strong organization that bridges the gap between Veterans and their communities through physical activity. Team RWB's mission is "to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity." Team RWB completes this mission through a variety of programs, including chapter and community programs, their Veteran Ambassador Program, Veteran Athletic Camps, and their Leadership Development Program. ClaimVets, a non-profit organization, helps Veterans become claims professionals. The organization provides an array of services to Veterans; ClaimVets "underwrites the costs to recruit and train veterans to become claims professionals, facilitates the procurement of adjuster licenses, and provides access to career mentoring and office skills training." ClaimVets works with non-profits and other Veteran services to provide additional assistance related to job searches and professionalism, including professional wardrobe assistance, resume help, and relocation services. ClaimVets also helps Veterans after they become Claims professionals through additional learning opportunities and networking events.
