The Employment Specialist volunteer is responsible for handling a variety of tasks in support of our corporate partners, our applicants, and the CASY & MSCCN Team. These tasks include:
Assisting applicants in their job search by offering new search strategies, resume critiques, connecting them with CASY & MSCCN employer Hot Jobs whenever possible, and encouraging them to take our online trainings.
Contacting applicants via email and telephone to obtain additional information, schedule interviews and appointments, provide information, and introduce them to CASY & MSCCN services.
Providing reports and statistics that track and measure applicant progress.
Assisting new team members by training them on functionality of the Talent Management Gateways.
Completing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by Gateway Manager.
Developing and maintaining relationships with applicants, corporate partners, and military family centers.
