1. Submitting the Article
All articles will be accompanied by the
signed copyright form which can be returned
by fax, e-mail (as scanned documents). All the
responsibility for the originality of the sent
material belongs to the author(s) alone.
Each article will be evaluated by the peer-review
committee composed of two independent peerreviewers, in a blinded fashion, ac
