How does the student diversity at Hult impact
your learning?
I learned in a very practical way how business and
relationships are conducted through different cultural
lenses. It’s so important in this globalized world. Now
I have friends from every corner of the world, and I
can count on them to make things happen and create
great things together.
What was the biggest challenge you faced
working with people from all over the world?
Communication was the biggest issue. When it gets
tough and conflict arises, you need to be able to burn
the message but not the messenger. It helps to take
the time to understand the cultural forces that have
shaped your peers—their outlook and their
communication methods. It humbles you and is vital
to getting tasks done together.

What is the atmosphere like on campus?
There is such a community feel. We have a strong
support system of peers, faculty, and staff. At Hult,
the professors and staff know you by name and the
contact time is so beneficial.
