Rules and Photos
The MRED Compliance Department regularly reviews the contents of the
MRED database. It ensures the customers of MRED that the MLS data is
entered accurately and in a timely manner. In doing so the Compliance
Department:
Reviews all new listings using the Listing Validator
Responds to quality control complaints
Processes notifications, fines and appeals
Reviews all photos and virtual tours
Assists customers with data changes when necessary
Help Desk
The award-winning MRED Help Desk representatives routinely answer
customer calls and emails related to accessing and using connectMLS™. The
Help Desk also assists customers with:
“How to” calls about the various functions within the
systems and products we offer
Troubleshooting technical issues
