I would like to think that my home country supports
me the most but man, Latin Americans sure know
how to make a person feel welcome! Mexico has been
my biggest market so far. Thank goodness I took
to learning Spanish in school! I’m now fluent and I
know that it’s a huge asset to my work. I really
enjoy being able to communicate with Spanishspeaking fans both live on the mic at shows and
on my social media profiles.

your career?
Technically I’ve been DJing for 14 years
now. I purchased my first set of Technics 1200 turntables
in the year 2000. In fact, I still own the same pair. I played
pure 12” vinyl for 7 years straight until the digital age
took over and I had to adapt to keep my career alive. Up
until that point my gigs were mostly local in Vancouver,
BC anyway but in 2007 I s \
